Cooper reveals that he plans to destroy the military base now that he has Kirill captive. Kirill distracts him and Valery injects Cooper with the Anthem antidote, however Cooper uses Doug's Anthem Overdrive patch to overcome its effects. The rest of the Seven-O team arrive, but seem to have little effect on stopping Cooper, until Doug re-appears as his death was a ruse.
